Make a difference. Build independence. Change lives.

Do you have experience in care and want a role where you can genuinely make a difference?

We’re looking for Support Workers with heart, energy and ambition to join a fantastic supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities.

This is more than a care job. It’s a chance to become an important part of someone’s life.

You’ll support people in a supported living service to build confidence, develop independence, try new things and make their own choices. Whether that means helping someone learn a new life skill, supporting them into the community, encouraging them to try something they never thought they could do, or simply being there when they need you – what you do matters.

Helping People Achieve More Every Day

As a Support Worker, you’ll build genuine relationships with the people you support, understanding what matters to them, what they enjoy and what they want to achieve and helping them get there.

You’ll help with everyday life from cooking, shopping and managing money to maintaining a tenancy, attending appointments and accessing activities in the local community. Where required, you’ll also provide personal care and medication support in line with individual support plans.

You’ll have the opportunity to become a key worker, building a strong relationship with an individual and helping them work towards their goals, develop new skills and become as independent as possible.

You’ll also work alongside families, social workers, care managers and other professionals to make sure the people you support receive the best possible support.

And if you’re ambitious, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility, including Shift Coordinator duties, giving you valuable experience that can help you progress towards future leadership and management roles.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have years of experience.

If you already work in care, supported living, residential care or another people-focused environment, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

But we’re also interested in people who may be new to care and simply have the right attitude, values and desire to help others.

Perhaps you’ve supported a family member. Perhaps you’ve always been the person people turn to. Or perhaps you’re looking for a career that feels meaningful rather than just another job.

If you’re patient, compassionate, reliable, positive and genuinely interested in helping people live their best lives, we’d love to hear from you.

We’ll help you develop the knowledge and skills you need through ongoing training and support.

What You’ll Get

  • Ongoing training and career development to help you build your skills and progress within the organisation.
  • Highly competitive £70+ sleep-in payment.
  • The opportunity to develop your leadership and management experience.
  • Refer a Friend bonus of up to £400.
  • Access to a wide range of online and high street discounts.
  • A supportive team where your experience, ideas and development are valued.
  • The opportunity to build a genuine career in care, with progression opportunities available.
  • Most importantly, the chance to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

The role involves working a flexible shift pattern, including 8:00am–9:00pm during week days and weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep-ins.

Could this be the career you’ve been looking for?

Whether you’re an experienced Support Worker ready for your next opportunity or someone who feels they have a real calling to care, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and take the first step towards a career where what you do genuinely matters.
