Peters Dean Care are an established agency with a passion for supplying the very best staff to care and education services.

Our amazing Agency Team and the staff we introduce have specific experience of services supporting children and adults with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties and other complex difficulties and are experienced in working within residential care, educational settings, supported living services and homeless projects.

As a care or educational service you can access staff ideally suited to working in these environments and whom have a passion for doing so, and as a job seeker you can access vacancies in the specific area you thrive working in.

Our team benefits from significant experience of working directly within residential care and education services as well as within the NHS and various voluntary care organisations. We understand the services we supply to and have seen first hand what difference the right staff can make to a service user or students safety, well-being and development.

All of our recruitment team in the office have achieved Level 2 in Safer Recruitment training and many are currently undertaking REC recruitment qualifications.
