The Role
You’ll support individuals by:
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
• Providing emotional support in challenging moments
• Managing behaviours with compassion and professionalism
• Creating safe, welcoming environments

Person Specification
We’re looking for people with strong social care experience, particularly with children and young people (e.g., Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or similar roles) or with adults with complex needs (e.g. learning disability services or homeless hostels). You will also have:
- A willingness to engage with and support young people with challenging behaviours
- A proactive, friendly, and organized approach to your work
- Availability to work regular, weekly work (20+ hours), with the flexibility to choose the shifts and services you enjoy most
- Drivers are preferred due to the remote location of some of our services.
