Competitive Pay & Progression:
Starting salary of £22,000 – £26,000, with commission opportunities and clear progression as you develop your skills and experience.
What You’ll Do as a Trainee Talent Coordinator
With full support and training, you’ll gradually build responsibility across:

Supporting Client Relationships: Assisting with the day-to-day management of existing care service accounts.

Candidate Coordination: Helping source, onboard, and support temporary and permanent staff.

Scheduling & Organisation: Assisting with bookings, rotas, and placements to ensure smooth service delivery.

Learning Recruitment Best Practice: Gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, compliance, and relationship management.

Business Growth Support: Shadowing and supporting senior team members with new client and candidate engagement.
This role is designed to develop you step by step, building confidence and competence over time.
