The Role
You’ll support individuals by:
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and essential life skills
- Providing emotional support during challenging situations
- Managing behaviours with compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Helping create safe, welcoming, and supportive environments
Person Specification
We’re looking for experienced care professionals, particularly those with:
• Experience supporting children and young people (e.g. Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or similar)
- OR experience supporting adults with complex needs (e.g. learning disabilities or homelessness services)
You’ll also have:
• Confidence supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
- A proactive, friendly, and well-organised approach
- Availability for regular, weekly work (20+ hours minimum), with flexibility over shifts and services
- A driving licence (preferred, due to some remote service locations)
