Support Worker Role: You will be working within a small supported living setting supporting service users with moderate learning difficulties. The shift patterns are worked will be a mix of early and late to include weekends and some Sleep Ins. You will support vulnerable adults in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.

Support Worker Criteria: The perfect candidate will have relevant social care experience of supporting vulnerable people and will be used to the demands and rewards of such a role, Experience of working with a similar client group and of providing physical, social and emotional care would be beneficial. A passion for helping others and motivation for providing quality care are essential.
