The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with their daily lives, promoting positive outcomes, and acting as a role model for the wider staff team. You will support the management team with day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, and ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.

You will be required to take part in the on-call rota and work a flexible shift pattern.

Often, an early shift will follow a late sleep. You will typically work 1–2 sleep-ins per week.

  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Ability to lead shifts and support junior staff
