Step into a leadership role where the foundations are already exceptional — and the next phase is yours to shape. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving supported accommodation service for care leavers, already rated Outstanding by Ofsted, with clear ambitions for continued growth and expansion.

Why this role stands out

Most roles at this level are about fixing problems.

This one is about building on success.

  • The service is already Outstanding
  • The foundations are already firmly in place
  • The reputation with local authorities is already strong and established

Now the focus is on growth, expansion, and long-term positioning in the market

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of the service — operationally, commercially, and strategically.

  • Lead and grow an already successful supported accommodation provision
  • Maintain and build on the Outstanding Ofsted rating
  • Develop and strengthen local authority partnerships
  • Drive occupancy, pricing, and commercial performance
  • Identify and launch new services, locations, and opportunities
  • Lead and develop a strong, established management team

This is a role where you’ll have real influence over direction, growth, and outcomes — not just day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong senior leadership experience within an Ofsted-regulated environment, such as supported accommodation, children’s residential care, leaving care or semi-independent services
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager / Registered Service Manager, with a solid understanding of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 (or equivalent regulatory frameworks)
  • Proven success in leading Ofsted inspections, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes and maintaining high standards
  • Experienced in developing and managing relationships with local authorities, including commissioners, placement teams and wider stakeholders

The opportunity

This is a rare chance to:

  • Join a service that is already performing at the highest level
  • Take ownership of future growth and expansion
  • Shape the next phase of a respected and credible provider
  • Make a genuine impact while building something bigger
