Waking Night Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home
Shift Hours: 21:00 – 08:00
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on 4 nights off rota basis
Location: Rural Horsham
Contract: Full-time permanent

We are seeking Waking Night Support Workers to join our residential services for children’s homes in rural Horsham. This role involves supporting vulnerable young people in a residential care setting, ensuring their safety throughout the night. You will provide emotional support, manage challenging behaviours, and oversee essential overnight household duties.
