Great opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker to join a leading social care provider with a great reputation, willingness to support and develop staff and a great financial and incentives package.
Support Worker Role: You will be working within a small residential setting supporting three service users with moderate learning difficulties, ASD and Challenging behaviour. The shift patterns are worked will be a mix of early and late to include weekends and some Sleep Ins. You will support vulnerable adults in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.
Support Worker Criteria: The perfect candidate will have relevant social care experience of supporting vulnerable people and will be used to the demands and rewards of such a role, Experience of working with people with autism, epilepsy and physical health would be beneficial. A passion for helping others and motivation for providing quality care are essential.
