We are looking for a commercially driven individual to join our permanent team — someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is ready to apply those skills within recruitment. This is an opportunity to step into a role with real responsibility, working alongside experienced leaders and contributing directly to team performance from day one.

The Role

You will join a high-performing team, working closely with experienced senior staff, taking ownership of candidate delivery and supporting client requirements across live roles. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will be expected to operate with pace, take ownership, and contribute to results quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing candidate generation across multiple live vacancies
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, understanding motivations and suitability
  • Delivering high-quality, qualified candidates to the team
  • Supporting the full recruitment process through to placement
  • Working closely with senior consultants to meet client demands
  • Maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
  • Contributing to overall team performance and delivery targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in estate agency, sales, account management, or another client-facing, target-driven role
  • Proven ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Looking for a career with progression and earning potential

Previous recruitment experience is not required, but strong commercial experience is essential.

Salary & Incentives

  • £26,000 – £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
