Tawney is a highly skilled social care Talent Coordinator. As a university graduate with extensive experience within customer service roles and project management, she is fantastic at providing clear and skilled assistance to care services and people looking for new roles in social care.
Tawney's role here is to coordinate the agency and permanent staffing needs of our partner services. She works to ensure that we access the very best staff across the UK for the huge number of flexible and permanent roles that we are recruiting for at all times. Tawney is an excellent communicator and always willing to go the extra mile for those she works with.
Outside of work, Tawney rows to a high standard, is a seasoned traveller and loves being sociable with friends and family.
