The Talent Coordinator Role

Your role will be to account manage our partner care services with their temporary and permanent staffing needs. These customers will need you to organise agency cover for their staffing shortages and to source and introduce new talent to them for permanent roles. You will also assist in the management and recruitment of our internal Agency Support Worker team, supporting them and coordinating their workloads and attracting new talent to the team. The role involves a lot of coordination and organisation, and requires a strong communicator who is adept at maintaining and growing relationships with customers and internal staff.

Applicant Criteria

The role requires skills in 6 keys areas:

1) Organisation. Managing multiple tasks and a changing workload

2) Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds

3) Problem solving. Ability to think on your feet and assist with new situations (with the support of our team)

4) Relationship building. You will be able to form relationships with new people quickly, and to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

5) Proactivity. You will be proactive in calling new services and job seekers to drive activity.

6)Confidence. You will be able to throw yourself in to new tasks and situations and be confident in your own ability.

We are looking for people with energy and enthusiasm to take on and thrive within a new challenge! Ideally you will have some relevant experience, such as being an experienced customer care professional (Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent, Sales Team Leader or relevant other) or Administrator (Administrator, Receptionist, Care Coordinator etc). You will have a desire to learn and develop your skills with the support of an experienced management team, and be mature and confident in promoting yourself and our services.
