Waking Night Support Worker Role: For the role you will be working within a small residential setting supporting service users with moderate learning difficulties, ASD and Challenging behaviour. we strive to support our vulnerable adults in a person-centered manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.

Support Worker Criteria: Relevant social care experience of supporting vulnerable people is ideal. It can be a demanding environment due to the nature of the work but the rewards of such a role balance it out very well, Experience of working with people with autism, epilepsy and physical health would be beneficial. Most importantly a passion for helping others and motivation for providing quality care are essential.
