Trainee Recruitment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the engine behind our success, helping us attract and engage the best candidates for permanent roles in social care settings:

• Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Screen and shortlist applicants, matching them to the right roles with care and precision.

• Support the wider recruitment team by identifying standout talent and contributing to campaigns.

• Build candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline.

• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and learn the full recruitment lifecycle.

Development & Career Progression:

If you're ambitious and driven, you could step up into a consultant role within 6–12 months.

• A people-person with excellent communication skills.

• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

• A passion for making a positive difference in social care.

• No prior recruitment experience needed – just a great attitude and desire to grow.

• Must be available to work on-site during standard office hours (8.30am–5pm), Monday to Friday. Part time hours of 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday may be offered for the right candidate.
