​Exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to work in a brand new residential home for young people between 16-25 years. With competitive rates of pay and fantastic in house training this rewarding role is not to be missed!

 

The young people will live within the residential home and attend the company’s SEN college. The home offers a therapeutic environment for young people with additional needs to move forward and progress both socially and emotionally.

We are looking for a support worker who is competent working with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviours to care for the young people within their home environment.

The support worker will nurture the young people in their day to day lives, helping them move towards eventual independence. You will empower them to make their own choices, promote interests and hobbies as well as helping them to develop new friendships and relationships. You will work closely with the company’s therapists and mentors to ensure that each resident reaches their maximum potential.
