We’re looking for a confident, dedicated, and forward-thinking Registered Manager to take the reins of a brand-new 4-bed home. You’ll have the autonomy to lead a skilled team, build a positive home culture, and ensure high standards of care that genuinely change lives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing and inspiring a team of 9 to provide exceptional, person-centred care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Overseeing all daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth running, compliance, and high-quality outcomes
Leading on care planning, safeguarding, and staff development – making sure every young person gets the support they need
Representing the home confidently in professional meetings and building strong relationships with external partners
Driving a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff feel supported and children and young people can thrive
What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience (in the last 5 years) in a role supporting children and young people in residential care
At least 1 year supervising or managing staff in a care setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
A strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation
A proactive, passionate, and child-centred approach
Full UK driving licence and use of own car with business insurance
Willingness to participate in on-call duties (average 2 per month)
