​Project Manager required to lead a service providing counselling and support to young people within schools. Excellent salary, fantastic organisation with extensive support and opportunities to develop and progress! Read on to learn more.


Project Manager Role: You will be responsible for supporting both business relationships between the organisation and schools, and the organisation's counselling staff who provide direct support to young people. You will manage contracts and build and maintain relationships with partner schools, ensuring the highest quality of counselling is offered to the schools and their students.


Project Manager Criteria

  • Strong awareness and understanding of mental health issues affecting children and young people 

  • Direct Project Management experience is ideal, though significant relevant experience of working within education services or similar projects would also be considered

  • Applications would be considered from Teaching, Social Worker or Looked After Children backgrounds

  • A formal counselling qualification is not required

  • Ability to work within Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas
