As a support worker you will provide, emotional, social and practical support for the young people in your care.

Support Worker Criteria

  • Desire supporting young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties either as a support worker, care assistant or relevant role.

  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours confidently

  • Ability to stay awake throughout all hours of the night
