Dual Registered Manager Role:

As a Dual Registered Manager, you will take operational responsibility for two residential homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across both homes

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing staff teams

  • Maintaining compliance, safeguarding, recruitment, audits, and standards

  • Supporting direct work with children as needed

Why apply?

  • Basic salary: £60,000 – £67,000 (depending on experience and service)

  • Performance bonus: Up to £24,000 annually (£12,000 per home)

  • Total potential earnings: Up to £91,000/year

 

Dual Registered Manager Criteria:

We are looking for an inspiring, experienced leader with a proven record in children’s residential care, ready to step up and lead at scale.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Services

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)

  • Minimum years as a Registered Manager with at least a Good Ofsted rating

  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children

  • Full UK driving licence

 

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting other managers or overseeing multiple homes.
