About Tania
Tania is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Peters Dean Care and takes a lead role in our service provision. Since joining in 2017, Tania has been a huge part of our success, having progressed from a Trainee role to a Recruitment Specialist, and latterly to a Senior Recruitment Specialist. Her experience of growing up within a children's home gives Tania first hand exposure to the benefits of being around positive role models and care professionals. Who better to spot a staff member that service users will run rings round than one that used to make staff do it?! And who better to identify people who have a clear passion and purpose for the role than someone who has worked with countless staff that made a huge difference to her own life (one of which now works on our agency team!)?
Tania has also supplemented her professional and personal experience with a well-recognised recruitment qualification, having completed her Level 3 in Recruitment Practice.
Outside of work Tania is an Ambassador for Group B Strep, a charity working to stop potentially life-threatening infection in babies. She is often mingling with friends and out being active with her son.
