About Jessica
Jess is a Company Director of Peters Dean Care and oversees Finance and Operations.
Growing up spending time after school in her Dad's advertising business, working at least two jobs around her education and securing her first ever full time job within a digital advertising agency working with clients such as Universal Pictures, Jess has always had a love for business and design running through her.
A successful career in Estate Agency followed and Jess had the opportunity to work at a Senior Level within Social Housing providing her with an insight into how every single member of staff in the organisation had the opportunity to make a huge difference in someone's life and the impact this had on not only clients but the staff within the Association too.
Her drive for always striving, not only to elevate herself, but also any organisation and colleagues she has worked with, towards being the best they can be, shines through in the whole ethos behind Peters Dean Care. Putting people at it's core, always.
Outside of work, Jess loves trying not to talk to about work with Ian for at least an hour a night and spending time with their fabulous kids and not always so fabulous dogs.
