The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supported Living Service Manager to oversee our 16-18s service. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and support for young people in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in young people’s lives while leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.

  • Ensure high-quality care and support in line with safeguarding regulations and best practices.

  • Supervise, train, and develop a team of support staff.

  • Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including social workers and local authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Develop and implement personalised support plans that promote independence and well-being.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing or supervising within a supported living, social care, or residential setting.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and working with young people.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Ofsted and local authority requirements (desirable).

  • A passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential.
