We are looking for an a Support worker to join our dedicated staff team to help us look after people with learning disabilities within a semi independent setting.

The Successful candidate will have:

• relevant experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker or similar.

• passion for making a different in people’s lives.

• resilience and a “can do” attitude.

• excellent team working skills.

• good communication and interpersonal skills

• a good standard of literacy. Must be able to write reports both by hand and on the computer.
