The Support Worker Role

We have a fantastic opportunity working with 3 middle aged gentlemen who are very independent.

  • Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

  • Prompting with personal care      

  • Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry                                    

  • Supporting with medication

  • Supporting and encouraging people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities

Support Worker Applicant Criteria

•          Your must have a manual Driving Licence to be considered for this role.

•          Direct experience of supporting adults with complex needs is not essential

•          Relevant social care professional experience required, such as working as a Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant or other relevant role.

•          Ability to work various shifts across the 7 days of the week, including 7.00 am - 3.30 pm and 3.30 pm - 10.00 pm + a sleep in and 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
