The role:


As a Support/Senior Residential Support worker, we are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has a passion and drive to support children and young people who need support and guidance.


 You will need to be flexible to working a residential care rota which includes evening weekends and holiday periods and must be able to engage service users and channel their energy and emotions towards positive activities.


You will need to be compassionate and resolute and able to manage challenging behaviours in various forms and including self-injurious behaviours. This opportunity comes from a stable company with excellent training and development progression from Support worker to Senior Support Worker to Deputy Manager and Managerial roles.
