Senior Childrens Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support worker to join our dedicated staff team to help us look after teenagers with emotional and behavioural difficulties and help them move towards independence.

You will become part of a high performing, incredibly welcoming, child-centred team that really makes a difference to the loves of the young people in our care.

The Senior Support Worker Role;

·Shift leading

·Delegating work.

·Rotas

·Training

·Involvement with supervisions.

·Offering stability to the young people.

·Ensuring the young people feel cared for and safe.

·Keeping the young people healthy and in education.

·Promoting feelings of self-worth.

·You will need to be available to work Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am - 10pm on an early or late basis.

·You will also be required to work 1 sleep in shift per week.
