Support Worker Criteria

  • Experience of supporting young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties either as a support worker, care assistant or relevant role.

  • Willingness to work towards a Diploma/Diploma Level 3 in children and young people or equivalent qualification

  • Understanding of Learning difficulties

  • GCSE or equivalent English, maths & ICT
