Support Worker Role: You will be working within a small residential setting supporting residents with moderate learning difficulties, ASD and Challenging behaviour. The shift patterns are worked will be a mix of early and lates with some long days and will include weekends. You will support vulnerable young people in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.

Support Worker Criteria: The perfect candidate will have relevant social care experience of supporting vulnerable people and will be used to the demands and rewards of such a role. Experience of working with people with autism, epilepsy and physical health is desirable. You must have a passion for helping others and motivation for providing quality care.
