Home Manager Role and Criteria

You will oversee a Supported Living service that looks after a small number of adults with complex needs within the community. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining service quality

  • Developing the skills of your team

  • Providing a safe environment for service users to flourish in

  • Working to all internal and external policies and procedures

You Will:

  • Have previous experience in leading a social care service as a Care Home Manager, Service Manager or similar

  • Hold or be working towards a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership in Social Care or equivalent

  • Be able to work a 37.5hrs week over 5 days

  • Be able to show you can be responsible for the welfare of your service users and your team
