Excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or Home Manager / Service Manager to lead a supported living service near Brighton.

Home Manager Role and Criteria
You will oversee a Supported Living service that looks after a small number of adults with complex needs within the community. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining service quality
Developing the skills of your team
Providing a safe environment for service users to flourish in
Working to all internal and external policies and procedures
You Will:
Have previous experience in leading a social care service as a Care Home Manager, Service Manager or similar
Hold or be working towards a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership in Social Care or equivalent
Be able to work a 37.5hrs week over 5 days
Be able to show you can be responsible for the welfare of your service users and your team
