Community Support Worker required to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within supported living settings across North Sussex and Southern Surrey. You will support vulnerable people with supported living services or their own homes to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Community Support Worker Criteria:

  • Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker or similar experience is highly valued, as is knowledge of how to provide emotional, social and behavioural support to people with complex needs.

  • ·Must be able to drive to access services

  • ·We are looking for people who have the desire and drive to be an asset rather than just a number.
