About Alice
โAlice is our Onboarding & Compliance Manager. Her role is to work with all new and existing staff to ensure that their files are vetted meticulously and kept in date in line with our partner care services needs. Alice uses our streamlined processes to pull through new staff in lighting quick timescales, while her eye for detail and knowledge of Safer Recruitment and the needs of social care services help our partners to demonstrate that they are working with a reputable, compliant agency to Ofsted or CQC.
Outside of work Alice spends time with friends and family, enjoying their company over a few drinks and food in a decent restaurant!
